Well, summer is over and now the fun begins. All the schools are now preparing for the fall schedule which includes Oireachtas (meaning Regional Dance Competition). Since the Maguire Academy is in several locations, our schools will compete in both the Western and Southern Oireachtas. Competitors for the region will have the chance to qualify for the World Championships and Nationals next year. It is a great honor to be asked to compete at this level and to earn the right to move onto the next level which is the world and national stages. More to come as these competitions approach!
